Terms of Agreement Startup-Mentors Membership

Paid membership provides the following:

• Full access to the tutorials and advice provided by the Mentors
• Full access to the profiles and contact information of the mentors
• Full access to the profiles and contact information of all paid members for the purpose of peer-to-peer mentoring and networking between paid members.

Paid member hereby agrees to the Startup-Mentors Membership Agreement Terms:

1. Paid Member agrees to not engage in any form of mass email to mentors offering business services
2. Paid Member agrees to not engage in any form of mass email to other
3. paid members offering business services paid member agrees to not make copies of tutorial and advice information for distribution to any third party

Note: Any violation of above items 1 to 3 will result in the paid membership being immediately terminated and all membership privileges will be forfeited.
